Job Details
recommendations on the strategic direction to the development of pay, reward,
recognition and benefits strategies to ensure the adoption of best practice in line with
the Project Fair Principles; while ensuring alignment to our strategic objectives and core values. We're
looking for creative problem-solvers who can ensure we stay ahead in an
ever-changing world.
Ideally you will have prior experience of reviewing Pay and Grading within international organisations
in an end to end capacity including the analytics of existing structures, partnering
and consulting with the business to gain feedback on viable future options and
making recommendations to the business.
