We are seeking an interim EDI Consultant to work with a global marine conservation charity.



Working closely with the HR Director, you will undertake a review and recommend improvements as necessary of the proposed EDI

strategy and action plan as designed by the EDI Working Group.



Particular focus for this piece of work will be on:

* Equality, Diversity and Inclusion priorities
* Identification of gaps in policies and procedures
* Highlighting best practice
* Compliance with equality legislation
* Establing a reporting framework to meet EDI goals and objectives
* Ensuring that recommendations consider different country contexts
* Understanding and planning our next steps
* Awareness of training resources on Equality, Diversity



Knowledge of NGO and/or global reward would be an advantage.
