My client, one of the leading educational facilities in Liverpool is seeking a professional HR Co-Ordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Working from state of the art offices based in Liverpool city and operating a hybrid model, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who wishes to develop within the areas of HR.


Your new role

The position is being offered as full time - Monday - Friday with a Hybrid model in place. You will be required to work from the offices x 2 days per week and the rest from home.
As the HR coordinator, you'll be working to support a busy HR team focusing on payroll, reward, people analytics reporting and general HR queries.
You'll be a part of the HR team running monthly payroll through the HRIS, Cascade, and producing reports and data for the team as well as the executive directors.
You will also be responsible for taking the lead in dealing with the HR queries that come through to the team. Either by responding yourself or by making sure that it goes to the right person.
Other responsibilities will be supporting the rest of the team and keeping the HR system up to date and accurate so that the data is always accurate.
You will need to be able to deal with a busy work load, respond positively to changing demands and priorities and have the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

What you'll need to succeed

CIPD Level 3 or above
Proven history of working in a HR team
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel with the ability to use advanced formulas and using Pivot Tables.
Experience of HR information systems is essential, your experience should include inputting data, general reporting, creating queries and general maintenance of the system.
Experience in being first line support with generalist HR queries
Providing a high level of customer service to internal clients in a busy HR team.
Ability to prioritise your own workload and completing tasks with a high level of accuracy
Generating reports on employee data for senior managers, analysing and providing insight to support HR initiatives
