HR Policy Development Interim

3 month HR Policy interim, for a membership organisation in London, paying £195-210 per day, starting ASAP.

Your new company
A Membership association based in Westminster, are looking for an HR Policy Interim, on a 3 month basis. You will work 1 day in the office (Wednesday), and 4 days from home. You may not need to attend the office every week. Please only apply if you are immediately available, or on 1 weeks' notice as a maximum.

* Day rate is £195 per day via PAYE / £210 per day via Umbrella
* 35 hours per week

Your new role
Reporting to the HR Manager and working closely with the HR Director, this role is required to update/draft a number of HR policies and templates, for an organisation of 200 staff;

* Update, amend and draft around 10 HR policies, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, adoption
* Produce a suite of policies, ensuring they are relatable and echo the right tone and values of the organisation
* Produce flow charts, so that Managers can be upskilled and coached to have their own conversations around Policy
* Liaise with colleagues in Occupational Health, Risk, and Compliance Teams

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience of drafting HR policies and procedures, and be able to confidently coach Managers. Please only apply if you are immediately available, or on 1 weeks' notice as a maximum.
