Anglian Learning is a highly successful multi academy trust, with a growing regional and national profile. We are fourteen (soon to be fifteen) schools that have come together to provide outstanding education to our communities in East Anglia. We are looking for a Director of People who will develop and lead the strategic and operational delivery of Anglian Learning’s long-term vision for its people strategy and play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the Trust community.

The core vision of Anglian Learning is to enable dynamic, empowered learners who thrive and lead in their communities: locally, nationally and globally. The Director of People will lead and grow the team providing key HR support to our academies enabling leaders and teachers to concentrate on the delivery of first-class education.

Creative and innovative in your approach to strategic challenges, you will hold significant experience of working at senior level leading HR across a complex, multi-site organisation, including the design and implementation of flexible and innovative organisational development solutions that deliver strategic priorities.
