Location: Wimbledon, with hybrid working of two days WFH available
We are recruiting for a social enterprise providing independent education through schools and specialist services for neurodiverse pupils. They are committed to achieving the best outcome for each pupil and their family through access to outstanding education and family support. We are looking for an HR Advisor to join them for an initial period of 6 months, to provide a comprehensive generalist service and to support the full employee lifecycle through an approach of partnership. You will have responsibility for specific geographic locations, working closely with the rest of the HR team, building rapport with senior leaders across schools to become a trusted advisor to the business on HR matters.
This role has the scope to become permanent in the longer term,
