My client is a multi-academy trust based in Sittingbourne, Kent with multiple primary and secondary schools in their group.



They are looking for a Recruitment Officer to join them on a permanent basis to help support with recruitment activity across a variety of diverse job roles from academic staff, corporate functions and various other roles you would find within an education setting such as site managers, administration staff and kitchen staff.



As a recruiter you will be entrusted with the end-to-end recruitment cycle. You will need to find the best places to post jobs to attract the right talent into the organisation.



The client offers hybrid working and will provide you with the right tools to be successful in this role.



If you have in-house or agency recruitment experience this could be the ideal role for you to step into. There will be ample opportunity for you to get involved in mini projects and develop your skills as you go through your journey with them
