My client, an amazing global Charity now has a fantastic opportunity for an Human Resources Business Partner to join their HR team on a permanent basis. Please note, our client is happy to explore flexible working arrangements alongside offering hybrid working to include weekly attendance in the London office.



As HR Business Partner your role will involve you building strong, professional relationships across the organisation to provide a proactive HR Business Partnering service. You will be an enabler and facilitator and a trusted advisor to managers at all levels, working collaboratively to provide pragmatic solutions to HR challenges and supporting good performance management and best practice people management practices that cover the full employee life cycle. You will also use your expertise to enable good change management and drive employee engagement as well as provide line management and development support to an HR Adviser.

To be considered you will be required to demonstrate:



* Sound HR generalist experience across the entire employee life cycle including recruitment and attraction (ideally CIPD qualified or with equivalent relevant qualification or experience)
* A successful track record of advising and leading on a wide range of people and ER related matters and providing pragmatic HR solutions
* Practical experience of supporting change including restructures, job variations and job evaluations
* The ability to build strong relationships and credibility with managers through appropriate support and challenge
* Excellent planning and project management skills
* Good emotional intelligence and a collaborative approach together with the ability to work autonomously
* The ability to work at pace and navigate ambiguity whilst delivering results
