My client, a leading London-based Education provider now has an opportunity for a talented Human Resources Partner to join their HR team on a permanent basis. Please note this role is office based with a primary base in central London and travel to other sites in London when required. The role can also be open to either full time or term time only working arrangements. 



As Human Resources Partner you will report to the Senior HR Partner and provide comprehensive advice, support and guidance to managers across the organisation on the interpretation and application of employment legislation, policies and procedures and the full range of standard and complex employee relations activities and casework. You'll work closely with managers to provide proactive intervention at an informal level along with training and support to drive forward a performance management culture within the organisation, whilst also tracking and maintaining the staffing establishment and supporting effective workforce planning. You'll also support with change management including departmental restructures, reorganisations and redundancies.



To be considered you will be required to demonstrate:



* Graduate CIPD Membership (or equivalent qualification) and proven experience of working in an operational generalist HR role, ideally gained in an education setting
* Experience of leading on and managing employee relations casework with minimal supervision
* Experience of advising senior and line managers on HR policies and procedures
* Experience of consulting with trade unions or employee representatives, regarding individual casework
* Up to date knowledge of employment law
* An understanding of EDI and its application in an HR setting
* Knowledge of best practice HR and its application in an education setting
