Associate People Management/Learning and Development Professionals

With a rapidly growing student base and expansion into new markets, we are growing our team of Associate People Management/Learning and Development Professionals to assist us with the delivery of the new CIPD 2021 qualifications.

These remote freelance opportunities are perfect for individuals who seek a flexible workstream that can be completed from any location.

These opportunities include assignment marking, online class facilitation and physical workshop delivery as we continue to embed and enhance our CIPD programmes.

Essential (role dependent)

• CIPD Qualified to Level 5 minimum or
• Relevant degree in HR/Learning and Development
• Experience of marking or delivering CIPD Qualifications
• Strong HR/L&D Manager background
• Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and internet
• Able to work under pressure, meet demanding targets and work to tight deadlines

Preferred

• Experience of online learning
• Experience of working with external stakeholders or clients in a professional capacity
