Senior HR Consultant-Change, 9 Month FTC, £50,000-£69,000, Milton Keynes, Hybrid

Your new company
Hays are proud to represent an established, global, customer centric organisation in Milton Keynes who are seeking a Senior HR Consultant-Change for a 9 Month FTC, could extend.

Your new role
As Senior HR Consultant-Change, you will report to the Senior HR Manager-Change and work closely with the Divisional HRBP, to lead on or support with, change programmes from concept to execution, at a time when the sector and business are transforming as a result of digitalisation, reform and the design of new ways of working and models. This includes changes to operating models which could include re-structure, headcount reductions, role reviews as a result of skills changes, TUPE and location changes.
Duties will include:

* Monitor and report regular progress on all projects to the Senior HR Manager-Change, assessing and identifying risks and issues.
* Build relationships and establish credibility with the Transformation Team, as a result of specialist change knowledge, with the confidence to influence, as well as challenge constructively.
* Provide advice and guidance on the people impacts of change, in the organisation design phase of a new project, so that these elements can be factored in before sign-off.
* Build and maintain constructive relationships with the organisations recognised Trade Unions ensuring that collective and individual consultation is met and dealing with any issues that may arise.
* Designing the approach to change communications for employees impacted and working closely with stakeholders and HRBPs on the drafting of announcement scripts and associated documentation.


What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an HR Change Expert, either purely managing HR Change projects or as a Senior HR BP / Senior HR Manager who has extensive experience managing HR change projects. You must have recent experience managing complex and large scale TUPE's, Re-structures, location changes and headcount reductions from end-end.
