Job Details

We are working with a fast growing, commercially focused, global non-profit organisation to recruit a newly created permanent role as HR Advisor. Working with a supportive, friendly and fast paced HR team, this role will report into the Director of HR Operations and support the business on cyclical People activity including wellbeing, reward, D&I, L&D and employee engagement. You will also work closely with managers interpreting and advising on employment law and best practice across the organisation, and providing adhoc advice on a range of issues.
