Your new role
As one of a team of Recruitment Partners, you will be a key business partner to Operations Managers, Heads of Department and Directors, offering advice on recruitment best practice and sourcing strategies, sharing market knowledge, and delivering an end-to-end recruitment service through to offer stage. Working closely alongside the Head of Recruitment, this role will actively promote the 'employer brand' across multiple channels and embody the brand in interactions with internal and external stakeholders, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience, and identifying talent in the market through direct sourcing models. The team about every 3 months in their Cheltenham office.


What you'll need to succeed

* We are open to candidates with agency or inhouse recruitment experience
* You will need to be proficient in providing an end-to-end recruitment service with customer centric approach
* You will need to be able to manage multiple vacancies at different levels of the market
* This opportunity with suit someone who is experienced of working within a fast paced, progressive environment
* The team about every 3 months in their Cheltenham office.
