Early Careers Coordinator

We have taken on a great opportunity for a HR professional who is interested in exploring the world of Early Careers/Training and L&D.

In this role, you will work with the Early Careers specialist, supporting them through the Planning, Design and Delivery cycle of the organisations Early Careers programmes. You will be supporting the delivery of the PhD programme to a VIP cohort who join the organisation on a 4 year training contract on a rotation basis throughout key areas of the organisation. This will involve assisting with and coordinating learning review meetings, progress trackers, interventions and pastoral care.

The role will also give you great exposure to the recruitment cycle involved in attracting and developing early careers students, training and development requirements.

We are looking for candidates who have the below experience and skill set:

* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* A people person who can communicate effectively
* A curious thinker who can identify opportunities for improvement and suggest solutions
* Previous HR/L&D/Recruitment Coordination experience
* Experience of working in an Early Careers capacity would be a huge advantage but is not essential
* CIPD would also be a huge advantage but is not essential if you have relevant experience in a HR function
