Job Details

We have a great opportunity for an HR Director to join the Executive Team at a private hospital in South London.



With approximately 250 staff, the hospital has a fairly small HR function however the day to day employee relations and transactional services operate really well. The focus for the HR Director will be around culture and staff engagement whilst maintaining corporate responsibility for the entire HR provision.



We want someone who has an energy and appetite for improvement and change so welcome any ideas that you can bring.



Being a private hospital, professionalism and attention to detail go without saying.



We are keen to speak to candidates who ideally come from a healthcare background however this is not essential.

If you are an established HR Director then that's great. However this could suit you if you are a really strong Head of HR or Deputy looking for your first HR Director role.

Due to the nature of the organisation you will be required on-site 5 days a week in South West London.

Once you are fully settled into the role, there will be the opportunity to work 1 day a week from home
