The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) is delighted to advertise the opportunity of Senior HR Business Partner to work within the People Function Directorate.
We are looking for three Senior HR Business Partners to join the HR Business Partnering team. The team’s purpose is to work with senior leaders and stakeholders to support the delivery of key aspects of the CPS Area’s and Directorate’s business and priorities. Being the HR Lead for CPS senior leaders and providing a professional customer focused service dealing with resourcing, workforce planning, organisational change, employee relations and learning and development.
In this role, you will provide guidance and practical advice to your team of HR Business Partners and locally based HR Advisory managers within CPS Areas and Directorates, emphasising the risks and benefits of alternative approaches. You will use your HR insight to identify people and business change initiatives and business opportunities at a strategic, tactical and implementation level. The successful person will be able to build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders to support work portfolios. You will have the ability to form collaborative and influential relationships with HR colleagues in the Centres of Expertise and manage the relationship between them and the business.
