This post will be located at their head office within Trinity Catholic School, Leamington Spa. They are a family of Catholic schools united in their faith and witness to Christ. Their schools will be sustainable places of excellence in teaching, learning and leadership. This is an exciting time to build a HR central professional team for a thriving academy trust. This role will be a part of the executive team, leading the strategic future of HR and the people agenda for one of the largest Multi-Academy Trusts in the West Midlands. Your advice, guidance and insight will be supported by education leaders, Headteachers, dedicated school-based office managers, central support teams and HR experts.
This role requires:
Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD), MCIPD or equivalent qualification would be preferable. Significant employee relations experience, with a successful track record of case management resolution, such as disciplinary, capability, recruitment, grievance, sickness absence, TUPE, redundancy, and consulting with trade unions. Experience of updating HR policies, procedures and interpreting terms and conditions in line with Employment Law. Evidence of commitment to continuing professional development of self and others. A willingness to be fully involved in the wider life of the multi-academy and to attend on site school meetings. Experience of overseeing HR compliance and best practise. Proven ability to successfully lead and manage HR service delivery in a busy working environment. Experience of consulting and working with Trade Unions.
