Job Details
The Associate Director of Resourcing will come on board during a period of change and transformation and will demonstrate highly developed specialist knowledge and experience of complex resourcing and workforce strategies. You will also act as the organisations lead for resourcing and provides strategic business focused advice to the senior leaders and the Executive team.
As a key member of the senior People & OD leadership team the post holder will lead a large resourcing function of circa 25 FTE and are responsible for the implementation of effective resourcing strategies that support the workforce transformation plans for the organisation and enable the recruitment, supply and retention of a highly skilled and competent substantive and temporary workforce.
