HR BP - £75/85k & £6k car allowance & bonus – hybrid/Midlands/London
This is an excellent and exciting opportunity to join a progressive PLC with ambitious growth plans.
Reporting into the HR Director, this is a newly created, start-up role within an established HR function. The role has been designed to support the key stakeholder and their SLT who are responsible for the company wide Agenda for Growth.
You will be part of a wider HR team of c30 HR professionals operating within an Ulrich structure.
Key aspects of the role include:
Business partnering with the Divisional MD and their Leadership team
Performance and capability – optimise skills and behaviours
Organisational effectiveness

Organisation Culture and wellbeing
The ideal candidate will be/have:
Strong business and commercial acumen with the ability to influence at a senior level
Ability to identify and develop Talent; Coach and support Leaders; possess and understanding of organisational culture and behaviours; assess current and future capability requirements; analyse and interpret data to support business improvements; and an excellent understanding of UK employment legislation
