Resourcing Clerical Officer Required

Your Responsibilities


* Lead by example and behave in line with the Police Code of Ethics ensuring that the Force values and behavioural expectations are clearly understood and considered by managers, officers and staff in their decision making and actions, reinforcing and influencing them through all interactions and processes.

* Maintain and update People information systems to ensure information held is correct and up to date.

* Receive and check all required documentation and send on to the appropriate department, where required, for processing.
* Provide an overall clerical support service to the Resourcing team to ensure performance is maintained and customer needs are met.
* Undertake scanning and filing of documentation into relevant files.

* Undertake any other People work as directed including working at different locations, in order to provide business continuity and to enable the Resourcing team as a whole to fulfil force-wide needs.

Skills and experience Required


* Has a proven ability to perform clerical and administration tasks
* A shown aptitude for computer based work
* Basic knowledge of resourcing procedures
* Customer service experience
