Your new company

Working for a large investment management organisation who are looking for a Learning and Development Business Partner for their EMEA Support Services functions. Based in Berkshire, 2 days a week in the office and 3 at home. This organisation prides itself of their culture of a well-established financial services organisation, that has the ability to change due to their progressive mindset.

Your new role

You will be working within a team of 3 other learning and development business partners who are responsible for their own client group, these client groups rotate during the year to provide you with full exposure within the whole organisation.


* Design, facilitation and training all L&D programmes, which includes 1-1 training, leadership training and team workshops
* Full end to end ownership of L&D Programmes
* Vendor management of 3rd party learning and development training
* Management of L&D Budget
* Work collaboratively with wider HR team to ensure full people function is supported by L&D Programmes, e.g. work with HRBPs' suggestions on required training, design ED&I courses, etc…

What you'll need to succeed

This is an excellent role for someone who has been operating as a Senior L&D Advisor/Learning and Development business partner within a large complex organisation. This role will allow you to develop your skills by allowing you to design and facilitate training of your own, supported by the curriculum of an international investment management organisation.

Experience Required:


* Ability to create and deliver presentations
* Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders
* Highly organised with strong project & time management skills
* Psychometric accreditations would be an advantage eg MBTI, DiSC, Hogan
* Working knowledge and understanding of current Learning and Development and Organisational Development methodologies and best practices
* Knowledge of personal, team, management and leadership development models and theories preferred
* Facilitation experience
* Experience working in financial services would be an advantage
* Budget management experience
* Vendor management experience
* Experience of working in a large, complex organisation (FTSE 100,250 / Matrix)
