Are you an experienced Data Analyst? Are you looking for a new challenge or the next step in your career?

This key role will provide you with the opportunity to inform and influence decision-making by the College through the delivery of people data analytics.

You will work with colleagues within and outside HR to develop workforce data analytics reports to inform decision-making and organisational change; strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain positive and influential relationships with staff across the College are essential.

You will lead on the design and delivery of statutory reports, such as Gender Pay Gap reporting. As the HR data lead, you will provide advice on the use and management of people data in accordance with relevant legislation, such as GDPR.  You will be responsible for responding to FOI and Subject Access Requests.

With a strong ability to use initiative and work autonomously as required, you will have the ability to use Business World and other software to provide data analysis.

Experience of providing and developing data analytics reports is essential. You will have practical experience of preparing and submitting data for returns and experience of designing and delivering data analysis for statutory reports. 

Remuneration:

Grade 8 of the College's London Pay Scale which is £45,996 rising to £54,142 per annum.

The salary quoted will be pro-rata for this part time post and is on the College's London Pay Scale which includes a consolidated Weighting/Allowance which applies only to staff whose normal contractual place of work is in the London area.
