Permanent - Lead Trainer - Learning and Development - Office Based - Wrexham - Immediate start - Full Time

Your new company

My client one of the UKs leading manufactures is seeking a professional Trainer / Learning and Development specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will be joining an organisation who pride themselves on the products they create and the service they provide to both internal and external consumers.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wishes to join an organisation through a period of growth and to work for a company with a successful household name.

Your new role

The position is being offered as full time, Monday - Friday and will be based on site until January. The company are due to implement a hybrid model in the new year.
You will work with the business to design and deliver the people training and capability strategy for the company along with the delivery of HR projects as required.
Some of your duties will include but not limited too
Design and deliver the site strategy, training plan, skills growth planCoach line managers to build their capability as people managers
Develop and facilitate training / development sessions and workshops
Network to obtain external best practice
Act as a team player to support the delivery of the HR Master Plan
Delivery of HR projects as required. Create and manage the site Training Plan
Partner effectively with the Leadership Team, people managers, HR Team and employees to deliver HR projects and services.
Develop and deliver relevant training programmes for the Leadership Team, HR Team, employees and people managers to build capability,
Lead and coach a small team
Lead the work of the Training Coordinator as required
Support the HR Manager and HR Team with key projects

What you'll need to succeed

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and lasting relationships Formal HR qualification (or working towards Graduate CIPD qualification
Previous generalist training and/or development experience
Excellent people development skills including coaching, mentoring and facilitation
Experience working within a unionised environment
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
