Your new role

As the Head of Organisation Development and Diversity, you will determine the OD and Diversity strategy of the business underpinned by a progressive brand and aligned to the company plan; bringing fresh talent and diverse thinking and perspectives that ensure the ability to compete for and retain a diverse and high performing workforce.

Key responsibilities include:


* Develop and lead implementation of the Diversity and Inclusion strategy
* Establish the company' Organisation Development strategy
* Act as role model and champion for D&I, using expertise to advise the board / leadership teams on D&I initiatives that drive impact, and provide D&I input into all HR (and wider business) processes
* Lead the continued development of the employer brand
* Lead the development and delivery of an effective resourcing strategy
* Oversee the learning and development / training team; ensuring frameworks are embedded that facilitate internal successions

What you'll need to succeed

You must be Chartered Member or CIPD or equivalent, with previous experience in a similar role having specialised in L&D or recruitment.

You must have proven competence relating to D&I and be proficient at building internal and external stakeholder relationships and networks. This role also requires the ability to lead through ambiguity, be highly organised and be able to manage multiple priorities at once.
