Job Details
Your Responsibilities
* Undertake and advise on all activities across the full Change Management approach including working with key stakeholders to identify change impacts, develop change plans, action these plans and measure readiness and change success
* Work with People and Change colleagues to build change management capability within the wider HR community
* Drive planned improvements in leadership, capability, capacity, engagement, ways of working and resource management to support change delivery
* Provide tailored, confidential coaching and mentoring support to individual programme team colleagues to support realisation of individual, team and programme goals
* Responsible for Organisational Design and Development
* Support implementation of any Communications and Engagement Strategy and also the scoping and implementation of engagement activity for specific change initiatives
* Engage and collaborate with HR colleagues, as appropriate, to ensure any employee relations cases and restructurings are managed in accordance with policies and procedures
* Participate actively with the People & Change Team and the broader Change Practitioner Network to:
* Support the development and implementation of the broader change management strategy
* Develop, promote, implement, and embed the People & Change Approach and associated changes in ways of working and behaviours
* Support the development of an organisational People & Change resource and change leadership capability.
Your Skills and Experience
* Experience of supporting service-based or organisational change initiatives including scoping, impacting, planning, delivery and measurement of changes
* A passion for supporting the delivery of organisational change and working with the variety of challenges and opportunities which this type of work brings
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills: able to observe, question, analyse data, diagnose and reflect-back people and change considerations
* Facilitation and coaching skills
* An ability to objectively consider service provider and service user needs to develop solutions
* A commitment to service excellence and continuous service improvement.
