Your new company
My client is an established business dedicated to offering a high standard of services to national and private healthcare partners. The business is a growing SME and serve over a million customers in Hampshire and the surrounding areas.
Your new role
Reporting to a supportive Recruitment Manager in a friendly team of 3, you will be based in their Fareham office 2-3 days / week with 2-3 days working from home on average too. You must be willing to travel to the office as required if not one of your set days.
Main purpose of the role:
As an Internal Recruiter, your role is to be accountable for the effective management of the end-to-end recruitment process from the point a vacancy is identified to the completion of their induction experience. Working as part of the Recruitment team, you will ensure all candidates and future employees are managed in a respectful and caring manner.
* You will partner managers in the business to fulfil their recruitment needs with high calibre people from shortlist and interview to appointment
* Work with the business to develop and maintain an end-to-end recruitment process ensuring no single points of failure
* Ensure our recruitment and authorisation processes are adhered to
* Working with the Recruitment Manager to develop the ongoing recruitment strategy, ensuring it is within budget, fit for purpose and scalable
* Partnering with our third-party preferred supplier to ensure we are using their services effectively and efficiently to gain the highest return on investment
* Working closely with the managers and line managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience from the point they apply to the completion of their induction
* Management of the recruitment administration, including right to work, DBS checking, reference verification, personal detail collation and other details that may be required
Working hours: 37.5 / week, Monday-Friday (9am-5pm with 30 minutes lunch).
What you'll need to succeed
My client will consider an agency consultant, but someone with experience in an internal recruitment / talent acquisition role is preferred. A background of recruiting within the healthcare industry or recruiting for clinical staff is preferred, but other sectors will be considered too.

You will receive a salary between £27,000-£30,000 (DOE), hybrid working as above (2-3 days office / home), 25 days holiday +BH's, pension (5% employee / 3% employer contribution), sick pay, cycle to work scheme and free onsite parking.
