HR Advisor | Permanent | Salford Quays | £27,000 | Hybrid | Flexi-time | 35 hours

Not-for-profit organisation seeking a HR Advisor to join their growing HR team on a permanent basis. An excellent opportunity for a personable, approachable HR professional who enjoys working collaboratively within a team of passionate individuals.

Your New Role

Within your new role you will develop, implement and run an efficient, proactive People advisory and administration process, including the management of associated data.

Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you will work collaboratively in this generalist role, with a particular focus on Employee Relations casework and recruitment. You will provide effective case management, managing a large caseload including attendance, disciplinary, grievance meetings, performance management and flexible working, whilst also providing coaching and support on formal and informal people matters (including conducting investigations, discussions with managers, attendance at formal meetings and writing up notes of meetings and confirming outcome of meetings in letters to colleagues). Regarding recruitment, you will provide support to the People BPs and managers to recruit and retain talent, through the development and implementation of effective recruitment and selection processes.

Other responsibilities include;

- Undertaking individual projects as agreed with the People BP and Head of People.
- Providing People related support to the H&S Manager.
- Monitoring a standard set of People KPI Metrics/ People analytics on a monthly basis
- Accurate Payroll Administration
- Onboarding and Induction
- Training and Development
- Benefits Administration
- Health & Safety

You will be expected to promote and support the organisations culture through their People Strategy and role model corporate behaviours. What You Will Need


* Demonstrable experience and proven track record in a similar role i.e. employee relations or HR.
* Exposure regarding ER casework (desirable)
* Experience providing a generalist HR service in a customer focused environment.
* Experience in supporting the management team, working towards continuous improvements.
* To have a people focus.
* To be honest, approachable, passionate and a team player.
* To be able to work collaboratively with colleagues from all areas of the business.
