Interim HR Business Partner- £60k & benefits – 12 month FTC - Hybrid working/Staffordshire
This is an excellent opportunity for an interim HR BP to join a very successful, brand leading global business (c10,000 employees) for 12 months to cover for mat leave supporting a key manufacturing site and the Distribution Centre.
The role supports a hybrid working pattern with 1-2 days per week working remotely off site.
Reporting to the HR Director, your role will be to support the site & DC's General Managers and their Management Teams by:
Providing a 1st class HR business partnering service
Providing coaching, support and guidance
Proactively leading on Talent management
Supporting on strategic decisions for OD, restructuring, redeployment etc
Stakeholder management
The ideal candidate will have manufacturing/supply chain/logistics experience or similar; be CIPD qualified (or equivalent); be able to build relationships and influence at a senior level.
The 12 month FTC is to cover for mat leave, so a start date in August or early September would be ideal.
