Job Details
Areas of work include:
* Provide advice and direction to managers as appropriate, on good HR practice and employment law.
* Focus on stakeholder development and engagement.
* Working with the Talent Acquisition team on the region's recruitment needs and being involved, where necessary.
* Overseeing annual performance and bonus review processes including helping the business to benchmark and calibrate reward and performance.
* Producing monthly management information reports.
* Provide advice and consultation on ER issues.
* Ad hoc HR related project work
Applicants must be confident, with an engaging personality and a professional style. You should have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with a flexible and enthusiastic attitude to work. The position requires good time management skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work on your own initiative. You must have good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products.
Applicants must have relevant experience within a busy Human Resources department, as an HR generalist/HR business partner alongside staff management. CIPD qualification would be ideal, but not essential. However, you must possess sound knowledge of current employment law. Any previous experience of working within professional services would be highly advantageous.
