Job Details
Ideally you will have managed a high volume of cases end to end including experience of advising on complex employee relations matters and have a good working knowledge of employment law. You will be liaising with a broad section of stakeholders across our organisation, so your excellent relationship building and communication skills and your ability to coach and challenge managers will be essential.
If you have a passion for HR, thrive on team working, are creative, organised, experienced in MS Office/HR databases, and are motivated by making an impact on how HR engages to supports us to achieve our ambitious goals, then we'd love to hear from you.
This role is open to hybrid working with the option of working 2-3 days remotely each week.
