A proactive Recruitment Advisor to join a growing private sector business in Dorset / remote.

Your new role

Reporting to a supportive HR Director, you will join a friendly HR team as a Recruitment Advisor.

This position is responsible for leading on the recruitment and onboarding for a few divisions within the business. This role is not only about managing recruitment and onboarding so that new employees have a positive experience, in addition to underpin the growth and ambition for the business, and therefore they will also lead on proactive sourcing and attraction techniques for talented people to potentially join the business.

Key duties include:


* To manage the recruitment and onboarding of new employees to the business.
* To deliver the highest standard of service to key stakeholders, heads of department and senior managers.
* To manage internal and external relationships, championing our values and reputation.
* Ensure effective performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
* Work closely with the Group HRD and Senior Executives to formulate recruitment strategy.
* Support with building the brand and reputation and working with marketing, and utilising appropriate social media channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn.
* Build a professional network through relationships with recruitment agencies and other partners.

Working hours are 39 / week with flexible start / finish times around core hours between 10am-4.30pm, Monday-Friday (1 hour lunch). This role offers hybrid working 3-4 days / week in the Bournemouth office and 1-2 days working from home. Occasional travel to other locations is required, so you must have a full UK Driving Licence.

What you'll need to succeed

This will suit an experienced recruiter who has recruited both white and blue collar positions, either in an agency or internal recruiter / talent acquisition role (preferred).

The ideal candidate will have worked in a growing, fast-paced organisation and have supported hiring managers with good knowledge of an ATS and / or HRIS.
