HR Administrator (6 Month FTC - perm possibility), c£24-27k, Health Sector, South Norfolk/Hybrid, + benefits

Your new company
Your new organisation is one of the largest integrated healthcare groups in Europe, with an immense financial turnover, more than 7500 employees worldwide, and over 500 practices across the UK. Following an internal secondment, this organisation are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join the team for an initial period of 6 months, with strong potential to go permanent.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week, with a hybrid offering of 3 days at home and 2 days in the office (South Norfolk)

Your new role
Within your new role, you will assist the team through the following key duties. You will manage the HR inbox, deal with enquiries via email and the phone, and send out employment references. You will also answer basic absence and holiday queries, whilst escalating more complex issues to line management.

You will note take during meetings, support the starters, leavers, and probation processes, and build and maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders, including those in payroll.

You will ensure the appropriate security of all HR related information, upload documents in a timely manner, and audit files as and when required.

You will also support any other duties relevant to the position.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will have strong organisational skills, be able to communicate with a range of people, and have great interpersonal skills. You will be able to organise and manage your time effectively, prioritising workloads to meet deadlines.

You will be professional, confident and operate with a strong work ethic.

You will be conscientious, customer focused, and be competent in the use of MS office, particularly Word and Excel.
