Job Details

We have an urgent requirement for a passionate EDI lead to join a London based NHS Trust as their EDI Manager for the next 3 to 6 months.

Staff networks are in place and well established but they need the EDI lead to help drive them forward. You will also be looking at Health & Equalities across the organisation as well as leading on all other EDI priorities associated with their Action Plan

You don't necessarily need NHS experience but you do need to come from a strong EDI background and have the passion and drive to influence change

This is an immediate start and paying £50-£53k
