This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a brand-new team supporting the development and delivery of our wider resourcing strategy. This varied role will provide great opportunities for you to engage with Talent and Resourcing team colleagues and stakeholders from across the organisation.
Right now, we need your leadership and stakeholder management strengths, just as much as your project management expertise. Your interest in creating bold plans to deliver significant Recruitment campaigns and other work packages will enable us to satisfy the strategic Resourcing needs of our colleagues.
This is a role that won't stand still. There'll be opportunities to work with the Head of Resourcing and the team of Resourcing Consultants, to shape the future of how the council is perceived by job seekers. And there'll be opportunities to influence the "end-to-end" candidate experience, just as much as our internal processes. As a team, we want to get even better at project management, so we'll be putting your great coaching skills to good use.
We'll look to you to provide innovative Resourcing advice that's readily available to colleagues across the Council, enabling agile Resourcing solutions and evidence-based decision-making. It's highly likely that you bring strengths in creating cost effective and future focused Resourcing solutions based on market insights, relevant data, and best practice. And that probably means helping us to establish key metrics and reporting mechanisms.
