Your new company
This truly diverse and a rich heritage (100+ year old) company, with a global footprint have approached Hays seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to support the UK and European business. This is a foundation-owned, rather than publicly traded business which helps to drive longer term strategic vision, Moreover, in addition to protecting the financial stability of business, the Foundation exists to drive meaningful change in the world through charitable initiatives, with particular focus on environmental sustainability and provision of education to children in disadvantaged communities/geographies.
This flexible/hybrid opportunity will offer a home working and site based opportunity with the central UK head office located near Blackburn.
Your new role
As a new Talent Acquisition Partner you will be joining a newly established (and truly diverse!) global Talent Acquisition team with colleagues all across the world, from Europe to Americas, China to Kuwait, Australia, etc. You will play a key role in delivering the organisation ambitious target of doubling the company's revenue by 2025.
To support this goal, they are in the process of developing a world-class Talent Acquisition function, delivering operational excellence in the end-to-end recruitment processes and strategic talent pipelining to meet future demand. In this role you will act as a talent attraction expert and be responsible for the successful, end-to-end management of the entire recruitment cycle, from strategic planning with business leaders, to attraction/search methodology and candidate journey. As TA Partner for Europe South and West, you will be covering areas including UK, Spain, Greece, Portugal and Italy as your core portfolio, working across different business areas and at all levels of seniority, including Sales & Marketing, R&D, IT/Digital, Customer Care and more.

The ideal candidate has a passion for delivering a good candidate and hiring manager experience and you should have a proven track record of attracting and selecting the right candidates, in consideration of the needs of the business. In the TA team, we will play a key role in ensuring a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce, so you should share our passion and ambitions in this respect.
