We are looking for a self motivated HR Manager to join our recently restructured team.
You must be CIPD Level 5 qualified and a current member of the CIPD with proven experience of leading and managing a team.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Employee Relations you will manage a team of HR Officers across multiple locations, providing high quality efficient and effective local HR services to Local Policing Areas and Departments.
This is a key generalist HR role and you must be able to evidence a significant HR generalist contribution operating within a business partner model and demonstrate sufficient HR experience to deliver a professional and credible service, promoting a positive culture.
We are looking for someone who is confident in their ability to provide support, advice and guidance on people related issues, and work on specific projects and portfolios, providing resilience for other HR Managers and their areas of specialism.
