We are looking for a self motivated HR Officer to join our recently restructured team.  The role will be generalist, covering a range of HR activities. 

You must hold a Level 3 Certificate in HR and ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified, with sufficient experience in the field of HR to deliver a professional service.

Reporting to the HR Manager Service Delivery, you will provide day to day support to line managers and employees, dealing with people related issues, including attendance and performance, fairness at work, organisation change and part time / flexible working.

You will be accountable for the production of management information to allow effective decision making, as well as assisting in developing and implementing HR Policies, practices, processes and business systems.

You must me able to work effectively with a minimum of supervision, with an ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation.
