A fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join a fast growing organisation in the newly created role of In-House Recruiter. You will be joining a great team, reporting into the Head of HR. The organisation offers a flexible approach to work with hybrid working opportunities.

Your new role
As In-House Recruiter you will take responsibility for the end to end recruitment of a wide range of roles across multiple locations. You will work closely with line managers within the business to create effective job descriptions and advertising. You will continuously advise on process improvement and promote excellent candidate experience.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking to speak with experienced recruiters who have worked in a fast paced environment. You will be able to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and the ability to prioritise. A good customer service manner will be essential to this role.
