Your new role
Joining a business that has recently been sold, you will support the team in standing the business up as a new entity. This will include creating policies/ procedures/ agreements some will be able to lift and shift from parent company - others will need writing from scratch/ arrangements negotiated with providers. You will track and report on project milestones and key deliverables as well as support the CPO with some more bau/annual cyclical HR activities like performance management and pay reviews as well as future OD/TOM design.



The successful candidate
You will be able to demonstrate your previous HR BP and HR Project Management experience gained in a global matrix business. They will be looking for you to evidence international M&A experience, being in acquisitive environments, standing up/setting up new entities, senior stakeholder management and engagement. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately, committing to the 6 month duration working remotely and from the London office on an ad hoc basis as required.
