A Permanent HR Manager Job in Belper, Derby Paying up to £60,000 + 10% Bonus Depending on Experience

You will be working for a global manufacturing and engineering organisation who are leaders in their field with c.1000 UK Employees, due to be opening a new manufacturing plant adding c.250 new employees!
Your new role
You will be responsible for the delivery of the Human Resources Strategy across the business unit (450 employees) and professional HR consulting for line managers and Directors of that area. Ensure that the organisation is employing the right people, with the right skills and qualifications for the functions. Support the business unit operationally to work with managers and Directors to resolve performance and capability issues using appropriate tools and compliance with employment legislation. Be an ambassador for the group vision and values and a culture facilitator.
What you'll need to succeed
This is a business critical role looking after one of the most important business units in the group and as such you will ideally be CIPD qualified with a proven track record of working a similar role within a similar industry. You must have strong employment law knowledge, and be a strong HR generalist with excellent stakeholder management skills
