Raven Housing Trust provides high quality, affordable homes and owns or manages more than 6,000 homes across Surrey and Sussex. We know that the right standard of accommodation, that people can afford, is fundamental to ensuring their quality of life and acts as a foundation for them to thrive in other aspects of their lives. We also provide support services to tenants, and the wider community, on a wide range of issues including money management, employment and training. We build homes and change lives.

It's important to us that an excellent customer experience is central to our work, and we are committed to shaping an organisational culture that is dedicated to the very best in customer service and that makes full use of digital technology to engage with, inform and listen to our residents. That’s why these two roles are so important.

We’re looking for two people to join our Board, who can offer particular expertise and senior experience in one of these two areas:

• digitally led business and customer transformation, or organisational culture / cultural change

Your professional background could be in the public or private sector; but you should be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the social housing sector; an appreciation of the housing demands that exist in the south-east; and a commitment to making a difference to people’s lives. As well as professional knowledge and expertise, we are also keen to hear from people who bring a diversity of personal experiences – as this breadth of perspective adds depth and empathy to our work.
