My client, a large and highly respected national Charity now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Pay and Reward specialist to join them on a permanent basis. Please note this role is open to a high degree of flexible working arrangements with occasional office attendance when required.

As Senior Pay and Reward Manager you will lead a small team to embed and develop the implementation of a Pay Philosophy, Reward Strategy and Total Reward programmes of work which align to the Organisational Strategy and to a People & Culture strategy which aims to be the employer of choice in the sector. You will provide specialist advice and solutions related to pay and reward matters and in wider consideration of the external environment, upcoming trends and benchmarking considerations. As Senior Manager for Pay and Reward you will also be responsible for the good governance of all Reward matters, pay principles and operational processes related to pay and benefits.

To be considered you will require:

* A nationally recognised management qualification (e.g., MBA, Institute of Leadership & Management Level 7), CIPD or Financial Accounting qualification (AAT, CIMA level 7) or equivalent experience
* A thorough knowledge and understanding of pay and reward, related HR Practices and their day-to-day application including job evaluation schemes

* A proven track record of developing and delivering pay and reward policy
* Experience of developing and delivering pay and reward frameworks using a variety of methods
* Proven skills in managing data and completing complex analysis
* Experience of advising, supporting and influencing senior management and HR professionals in complex pay and reward matters
* Experience of producing and presenting papers for Board and senior stakeholder consideration
