Head of People and Organisational Development

Salary:  £65,000 - £75,000 per annum

Location: Bridgwater College Academy

The Board of the Bridgwater and Taunton College Trust is seeking to recruit an outstanding colleague to the position of Head of People and Organisational Development.  This is an exciting and unique opportunity to join a forward thinking and innovative Multi-Academy Trust based in the heart of Somerset in South West England.

The Bridgwater and Taunton College Trust currently has in the region of 850 colleagues and it is set to grow in the coming years.  As such we are looking for a candidate from within or beyond our sector to join our Executive Leadership Team to provide strategic direction and thought to how we lead and nurture our colleagues.  You will have an exciting track record of success in the areas of recruitment, talent management, organisational listening, training and development alongside a wealth of knowledge in terms of HR related current law, policy development, wellbeing and organisational design.  This is a senior role and the strategic planning and critical thinking offered by the post holder will be instrumental in determining our future successes.
