Interim HRIS Project Manager (iTrent & Doc-Adobe)

Hybrid working and part time working considered

My London based Healthcare client is introducing a number of new systems (iTrent and Doc-Abode) and require an HR systems specialist to take the lead in managing implementation of these systems on behalf of the HR team along with a clean-up of data held currently in several locations: HR files, excel spreadsheets, RADAR, Rotamaster and Bluestream.

This role will report into the Head of HR with key relationships with:

Director of People & Culture

HR team members

IS colleagues

Executive Management

Senior Management Team members.

External stakeholders

External suppliers

You will provide support to the Head of HR with the delivery of activities/work associated with this project. This will include the following:

* Centrally support the creation and maintenance of up-to-date Employment records on systems.
* To provide expert support to service management teams to meet all regulatory requirements relating to statutory bodies such as the Care Quality Commission (CQC) etc.
* Support the achievement of KPI's as defined in service level agreements
* Support workforce planning and recruitment planning to ensure the provision of analysis and updates on recruitment activities to meet the organisations needs as planned and forecasted.
* Ensure personal and recruitment files comply with standards and CQC standards. Identify and implement processes/support to address any areas requiring improvement.
