Working for a global media company with head office in central London.
Your new role
As the HR Manager you will be working in a team of 5 reporting into the VP of HR for this global media company. You will be responsible for the implementation of the people strategy and the delivery of the employee lifecycle as well as lending in a number of projects and initiatives. Manage and oversee the payroll for UK, Germany and Japan and oversee the global benefits administration.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be available immediately
You will have at least 3-5 years' experience within a similar role CIPD L5 qualified or equivalent Experience of managing HR policy, employment law and performance management
