We are urgently seeking an experienced HR System and Information Lead that can provide strong leadership to our HR Systems team, during a project period of 2 years. Reporting into the Head of HR Systems and Information, you will be running our experienced and well performing team to maintain a top quality service to the College, whilst the Head is seconded to a project.

Key deliverables include:

  • Leading on the HR effort in system improvement projects including requirements development and implementation, in partnership with ICT and in close liaison with HR and departmental stakeholders.
  • Playing a key role in the process review and optimisation in partnership with other senior HR staff and stakeholders and service users across the College, ensuring that HR services, systems and operating models are complementary and efficient and work to College standards.
  • Championing HR process automation and ensure the continual development of HR systems and related business processes, ensuring that they underpin continual service improvement.
  • Leading on the timely delivery of the annual HR Systems and Information work plan and ensure that related projects.
  • Leading the HR effort on the development of service management systems to underpin HR services and process across all parts of the operating model.
  • Working closely with the Staff Hub and ICT to ensure that as many system-related queries and issues are resolved at the point of query and that guidance and information is available through the online portal.
  • Ensuring that the HR Systems and Information team provides effective training and support to systems users across the College.

Hybrid working requirements: ideally 2 days a week in Central London
