As Assistant Director, HR Operations, you’ll have the opportunity to use your expertise in HR shared services and HR systems to modernise our HR services, delivering radical new approaches to self-serve, advisory and consultancy support across the Corporation. Reporting to the Chief People Officer & Executive Director, Human Resources, your portfolio will include occupational health and wellbeing, transactional HR, policy, HR communications, management information, and transformation. This is your chance to take the leadership role for the implementation of cutting-edge technology and the integration of our payroll operations into the service. Succeed and you will have delivered step change improvement of our people services at all stages of the employee lifecycle.
