As Assistant Director, Organisational Development & Talent, you’ll have the opportunity to use your expertise in OD, workforce planning and resourcing to work across the organisation, shaping and delivering an exciting programme of transformation.  Reporting to the Chief People Officer & Executive Director, Human Resources, this is your chance to take the leadership role for critical people based initiatives; these include a review of all our recruitment processes, the introduction of workforce planning and the development of new approaches to reward, job evaluation, talent management & succession planning.    Succeed and you will have delivered both planned and systematic change that delivers and sustains our improvement and modernisation through people.
