We are offering a unique and exciting opportunity to become an influential leader within one of the largest trusts in the UK.

We are looking to appoint a driven, committed and passionate individual who will be responsible for driving forward the quality, efficiency and delivery of programmes that allow all services and academy staff to develop their knowledge and skills to deliver the organisational goals. This includes working with relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop mandatory and compliance-based training for all roles across the organisation. The successful candidate will also be the service owner for the online Staff Learning Management System (LMS) used across OCL ensuring that training is readily available in an accessible and intuitive manner.

This is a key leadership role, and the role will be an Oasis ambassador internally and externally, exemplifying how services delivered through our 9 habits directly contributes to the success of our provision.

*The role’s location is not fixed to a particular region but will require travel in supporting all 52 of the academies within the Trust. The role’s base is flexible and negotiable.
