Reward Manager – 6-12 month FTC/Permanent - Hybrid working
c.£75,000 basic salary plus car allowance, bonus & benefits (FTE)
Our Client is looking to recruit a Reward Manager, either on a FTC (6-12 months) or Permanent basis to lead a number of key reward projects. Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for the review and development of pay structures, incentives and benefits schemes. The ideal candidate will have gained experience within a large commercial environment, preferably within a multi-site organisation and have expertise in the design and delivery of reward and Incentive schemes. You will lead on the design and roll out of front-line Incentives and benefits which drives and supports the delivery of business objectives and delivers measured improvements in service, performance and profitability. You will also have the opportunity to input into the Group Reward agenda.
As an action orientated individual with a proven track record of delivery within a multi-site business, with prior experience of co-ordinating reward cycles in large, complex organisations, your operating style needs to be hands on and collaborative with the ability to project plan effectively.
